NINZYA Worksは、ウェブサイトおよびNINZYAアプリ・プラグインで取り扱う情報について、次のとおり定めます。
本ポリシーは、NINZYA Worksのウェブサイト、およびNINZYA名義で提供するすべてのアプリ・プラグインに適用します。現在の直販版・無料配布版と、今後配布する版を対象とします。NINZYA Find・NINZYA MIDIのApp Store版は、直販版とは別に開発・配布する予定です。以下の直販版の認証・保存仕様をApp Store版へ一律に適用せず、配布開始前に当該版の仕様に合わせて更新します。
サイトの閲覧時に、次の情報を取得することがあります。
訪問傾向とダウンロード状況の把握、サイトと製品の改善、不正利用や障害の調査に使用します。広告配信や個人の行動を特定する目的では使用しません。
アクセス解析を許可した場合、訪問者を重複なく集計するためのCookie「ninzya_visitor」を最長1年間保存します。Cookieの選択はブラウザ内に保存され、設定の削除によりリセットできます。
YouTube動画は、Cookieバナーで許可した場合、または動画の表示ボタンを押した場合に読み込みます。読み込み後の情報はGoogle／YouTubeのプライバシーポリシーに従って扱われます。
法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を販売しません。サイト運営に必要な範囲で、ホスティングなどのサービス提供者が情報を処理する場合があります。
現在のFindのファイル閲覧・プレビュー、MIDIの素材の読み込み・キーやスケールの解析、Launcherの登録アプリ・操作設定は端末内で処理・保存します。これらのファイル内容、プレビュー、解析結果、登録アプリ一覧を、NINZYA Worksのサーバーへ収集・送信する機能はありません。認証通信や、利用者が選択するクラウド・同期機能の通信とは区別します。
Find・MIDIでは、Google Driveから受信したファイルを読み込んで利用できます。Google Driveの利用・同期に伴う通信とクラウド側の保存・削除は、Google側の設定およびポリシーに従います。MIDIでAbleton Linkを有効にした場合は、同期のためのテンポ・拍位置などを参加する機器・アプリ間で共有します。これらはNINZYA Worksによる利用状況の収集ではありません。
以下はGoogle連携機能を搭載したNINZYA Calendarに適用します。Google連携は任意です。利用者がGoogleでアクセスを許可し、「Send to Google」を押したときに、選択した日付とメモ全文をGoogleへ送信し、選択したGoogleアカウントのメインカレンダーに終日の予定を作成または更新します。メモの先頭行を予定のタイトルに使用します。同じ日付の再送信では、対応するNINZYA Calendarの予定のタイトル・説明・日付を更新するため、Google側で変更したこれらの内容が上書きされることがあります。アプリ識別子、対象日付、予定IDも送信します。自動送信や双方向同期は行いません。
Googleの認可範囲「calendar.events.owned」は、利用者が所有するカレンダーの予定の閲覧・作成・変更・削除を許可するものです。ただし、現在のアプリはメインカレンダー上の対象予定をIDで取得し、NINZYA Calendarの予定であることを確認したうえで作成・更新します。取得した予定情報は、この確認、重複防止、更新結果の処理に使用します。他の予定を一覧収集する機能や、Googleの予定を削除する機能はありません。
Googleへの認証・API通信はHTTPSで行い、ブラウザーからアプリに認証結果を返す際は端末内のループバック接続を使用します。Googleのパスワードをアプリが取得・保存することはありません。メモや取得した予定情報をNINZYA Worksのサーバーへ送る機能はありません。この連携で扱う情報は利用者が指示した予定の作成・更新にのみ使用し、販売、広告配信、AIモデルの学習には使用しません。Googleに保存された予定は、Googleのポリシーと利用者のカレンダー共有設定に従って扱われ、共有相手に表示される場合があります。
メモと日付は端末内に自動保存され、利用者が変更・削除するまで残ります。現在のアプリはGoogleのアクセストークンをアプリ実行中のメモリー内にのみ保持し、ファイルには保存しません。取得したGoogleの予定情報もファイルに保存しません。再起動後やトークンの期限切れ後には再認証が必要になる場合があります。送信済みの予定は、アプリを終了・アンインストールしてもGoogleカレンダーに残ります。
端末内のメモは、その日付のメモを空にし、自動保存の完了を確認することで削除できます。Googleの予定を消す場合はGoogleカレンダーで別途削除してください。メモを空にすることやアプリのアンインストールでは、Googleの予定は削除されません。Googleアカウントの接続済みアプリの管理から、NINZYA Calendarのアクセス許可を取り消すことができます。アクセス許可の取り消しは、保存済みのメモやGoogleの予定の削除を意味しません。端末内データの一括削除についてはsupport@ninzyaworks.orgへお問い合わせください。
NINZYA CalendarによるGoogle APIから取得した情報の利用および他のアプリへの転送は、Limited Useの要件を含むGoogle API Services User Data Policyに従います。
NINZYAアプリには、利用状況のアクセス解析やクラッシュ報告をNINZYA Worksへ自動送信する機能はありません。利用者が問い合わせ時に自ら送る診断情報は、問い合わせへの対応に使用します。ウェブサイトのアクセス解析は別途、上記の同意設定に基づいて行います。OSや配布ストアが提供する診断機能は、それぞれの設定・ポリシーに従います。

直販の購入・決済・注文管理はLemon Squeezyが処理します。NINZYA Worksは購入・認証・サポートのため、取引に必要な注文情報を取り扱う場合があります。配布予定のFind・MIDIのApp Store版はAppleの購入処理を利用する予定です。各サービスが処理する購入情報の取扱いと保存・削除は、それぞれのポリシーに従います。
Findの表示状態・お気に入り、Launcherの登録内容・操作設定は、次回起動で復元するため端末内に保存し、変更時に更新します。MIDIの解析キャッシュ・タグ・お気に入り・使用履歴等は、端末内のデータベースに保存します。保存を前回1回分に限定するものではなく、更新・削除するまで残る情報があります。削除する場合は、アプリを終了し、製品固有の設定ファイル・データベースを削除します。保存場所や手順は製品・OS・配布版により異なるため、support@ninzyaworks.orgへお問い合わせください。元の素材ファイルや他製品と共有する設定を誤って削除しないようご注意ください。アンインストールだけでは設定・データが残る場合があります。
ブラウザのサイトデータを削除しても、すでにサーバーに記録されたアクセス解析情報は削除されません。サイト運営・問い合わせ対応等で取り扱う情報は、利用目的と法令上必要な期間を考慮して管理します。NINZYA Worksが保有する情報の確認・削除のご依頼はsupport@ninzyaworks.orgへご連絡ください。対象とご本人を確認のうえ対応し、法令等により保存が必要な場合はその旨をご案内します。Google・Apple・Lemon Squeezyが独自に保有する情報は、各社の窓口・手順に従ってご依頼ください。

NINZYA Works handles information used through this website and NINZYA apps and plug-ins as described below.
This policy covers the NINZYA Works website and all apps and plug-ins offered under the NINZYA name, including current direct-sale and free editions and future releases. App Store editions of NINZYA Find and NINZYA MIDI are planned as separately developed editions. The direct-sale activation and storage details below do not automatically describe those editions; we will update this policy for their implementation before release.
When you use the site, we may collect the following information.
We use this information to understand visits and downloads, improve the site and products, and investigate misuse or service problems. We do not use it for advertising or to identify your personal activity.
If you allow analytics, the ninzya_visitor cookie is stored for up to one year so visits can be counted without duplication. Your consent choice is stored in your browser and can be reset by clearing site data.
YouTube videos load only after you allow them in the cookie banner or choose to load a video. Once loaded, information is handled under the Google and YouTube privacy policies.
We do not sell collected information. Hosting and other providers may process information only as needed to operate the site. We may disclose information when required by law.
Current Find file browsing and previews, MIDI file reading and key/scale analysis, and Launcher app registrations and controls are processed and stored on your device. There is no feature that collects or sends these file contents, previews, analysis results or registered-app lists to NINZYA Works servers. License communications and user-selected cloud or synchronization features are separate.
Find and MIDI can read and use files received from Google Drive. Drive communications, synchronization, cloud retention and deletion follow your Google settings and its policies. Enabling Ableton Link in MIDI shares synchronization information such as tempo and beat position with participating devices and apps. These features are not usage analytics collected by NINZYA Works.
This section applies to editions of NINZYA Calendar that include Google integration. Connecting to Google is optional. After you authorize access through Google, pressing “Send to Google” sends the selected date and full memo to Google to create or update an all-day event in the primary calendar of the selected Google Account. The first line of the memo supplies the event title. Sending the same date again updates the corresponding NINZYA Calendar event’s title, description and dates, which may overwrite changes you made to those fields in Google Calendar. The app also sends an app identifier, the associated date and an event ID. It does not send memos automatically or provide two-way synchronization.
The Google authorization scope “calendar.events.owned” permits viewing, creating, changing and deleting events on calendars you own. However, the current app retrieves the target event by ID in your primary calendar and checks that it belongs to NINZYA Calendar before updating it, or creates an event if it is absent. Retrieved event information is used for this check, duplicate prevention and processing update results. The app does not collect lists of other events and has no feature for deleting Google events.
Authentication and API communications with Google use HTTPS; a local loopback connection returns the authorization result from your browser to the app. The app does not receive or store your Google password. It has no feature that sends memos or retrieved event information to NINZYA Works servers. Information handled by this integration is used only to create or update events at your request, not for sale, advertising or AI model training. Events stored by Google are subject to Google’s policies and your calendar’s sharing settings, and may be visible to people with whom the calendar is shared.
Memos and dates are saved automatically on your device and remain until you change or delete them. The current app keeps the Google access token only in memory while the app is running, not in a file. It does not save retrieved Google event information to files either. You may need to authorize again after restarting the app or after the token expires. Sent events remain in Google Calendar even if you quit or uninstall the app.
To delete a local memo, clear the memo for that date and confirm that automatic saving has completed. Delete Google events separately in Google Calendar. Clearing a memo or uninstalling the app does not delete Google events. You can revoke NINZYA Calendar’s access through the connected-app management settings of your Google Account. Revoking access does not delete saved memos or Google events. For help removing all local app data, contact support@ninzyaworks.org.
NINZYA Calendar’s use of information received from Google APIs, and its transfer to other apps, follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
NINZYA apps do not automatically send usage analytics or crash reports to NINZYA Works. Diagnostic information you choose to submit to support is used to address your inquiry. Website analytics operate separately under the consent settings described above. Diagnostic services provided by your OS or distribution store follow their own settings and policies.
Products using Lemon Squeezy activation communicate with that service to validate licenses, register computers and deactivate them. Current direct-sale Find and MIDI editions send the license key, a registration name containing the product and computer name, or the activated instance ID as required by the operation. The service may also receive connection information such as your IP address. Original file contents and MIDI analysis results are not part of the activation information.
Lemon Squeezy processes direct-sale purchases, payments and orders. NINZYA Works may handle order information needed for purchases, activation and support. The planned Find and MIDI App Store editions will use Apple purchase processing. Each service handles purchase information, retention and deletion under its own policies.
Find view state and favorites, and Launcher registrations and controls, are saved locally to restore them on the next launch and updated when changed. MIDI analysis caches, tags, favorites and usage history are stored in a local database. Storage is not limited to the last session: some information remains until updated or deleted. To remove it, quit the app and delete its product-specific settings files and database. Locations and steps vary by product, OS and edition; contact support@ninzyaworks.org for instructions. Avoid deleting original files or settings shared with other products. Uninstalling an app may leave settings and data behind.
Clearing browser site data does not delete analytics already stored on the server. We manage information used for site operation and support with regard to its purpose and legally required retention. Contact support@ninzyaworks.org to request access to or deletion of information held by NINZYA Works. We will confirm the information concerned and your identity and explain any legal retention requirements. For information independently held by Google, Apple or Lemon Squeezy, use their respective request procedures.

Effacer une note ou désinstaller l’application ne supprime pas les événements Google. Les futures éditions App Store de Find et MIDI utiliseront le traitement des achats d’Apple. Chaque service applique ses propres politiques de traitement, de conservation et de suppression.
L’affichage et les favoris de Find, ainsi que les applications enregistrées et réglages de Launcher, sont conservés localement pour la prochaine ouverture et mis à jour lors des changements. Les caches d’analyse, tags, favoris et historiques de MIDI sont conservés dans une base locale. La conservation ne se limite pas à la dernière session : certaines données restent jusqu’à leur mise à jour ou suppression. Die erste Zeile der Notiz dient als Titel. Erneutes Senden für dasselbe Datum aktualisiert Titel, Beschreibung und Datumsangaben des zugehörigen NINZYA-Calendar-Termins. Dabei können Änderungen überschrieben werden, die Sie an diesen Feldern in Google Kalender vorgenommen haben. Die App übermittelt außerdem eine App-Kennung, das zugehörige Datum und eine Termin-ID. Notizen werden nicht automatisch gesendet; es findet keine Synchronisierung in beide Richtungen statt.
Der Google-Berechtigungsumfang „calendar.events.owned“ erlaubt das Anzeigen, Erstellen, Ändern und Löschen von Terminen in Kalendern, deren Eigentümer Sie sind. Die aktuelle App ruft jedoch den Zieltermin anhand seiner ID im Hauptkalender ab und prüft vor einer Aktualisierung, ob er zu NINZYA Calendar gehört. Ist kein entsprechender Termin vorhanden, wird er erstellt. Abgerufene Termininformationen dienen dieser Prüfung, der Vermeidung von Duplikaten und der Verarbeitung der Aktualisierungsergebnisse. Die App erfasst keine Listen anderer Termine und bietet keine Funktion zum Löschen von Google-Terminen.
Die Authentifizierungs- und API-Kommunikation mit Google erfolgt über HTTPS. Eine lokale Loopback-Verbindung übergibt das Autorisierungsergebnis vom Browser an die App. Die App erhält und speichert Ihr Google-Passwort nicht. Sie hat keine Funktion, die Notizen oder abgerufene Termininformationen an Server von NINZYA Works sendet. Die bei dieser Anbindung verarbeiteten Informationen dienen ausschließlich dem Erstellen oder Aktualisieren von Terminen auf Ihre Anweisung, nicht dem Verkauf, der Werbung oder dem Training von KI-Modellen. Bei Google gespeicherte Termine unterliegen den Google-Richtlinien und den Freigabeeinstellungen Ihres Kalenders. Sie können für Personen sichtbar sein, mit denen der Kalender geteilt wird.
Notizen und Datumsangaben werden automatisch auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert, bis Sie sie ändern oder löschen. Die aktuelle App hält das Google-Zugriffstoken ausschließlich während ihrer Ausführung im Arbeitsspeicher und speichert es nicht in einer Datei. Auch abgerufene Google-Termininformationen werden nicht in Dateien gespeichert. Nach einem Neustart der App oder dem Ablauf des Tokens kann eine erneute Autorisierung erforderlich sein. Gesendete Termine bleiben in Google Kalender erhalten, auch wenn Sie die App beenden oder deinstallieren.
Um eine lokale Notiz zu löschen, leeren Sie das Notizfeld für das betreffende Datum und prüfen Sie, ob das automatische Speichern abgeschlossen ist. Google-Termine löschen Sie separat in Google Kalender. Das Leeren einer Notiz oder die Deinstallation der App löscht keine Google-Termine. In der Verwaltung verbundener Apps Ihres Google-Kontos können Sie den Zugriff von NINZYA Calendar widerrufen. Dadurch werden weder gespeicherte Notizen noch Google-Termine gelöscht. Die Verwendung der über Google APIs erhaltenen Informationen durch NINZYA Calendar sowie deren Weitergabe an andere Apps richten sich nach der Google API Services User Data Policy, einschließlich ihrer Limited-Use-Anforderungen zur eingeschränkten Nutzung.
NINZYA-Apps senden weder Nutzungsanalysen noch Absturzberichte automatisch an NINZYA Works. Diagnosedaten, die Sie freiwillig an den Support senden, dienen der Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage. Die Website-Analyse erfolgt getrennt nach den oben beschriebenen Einwilligungen. Diagnosedienste des Betriebssystems oder App-Stores unterliegen deren eigenen Einstellungen und Richtlinien.
Produkte mit Lemon-Squeezy-Aktivierung kommunizieren mit diesem Dienst zur Lizenzprüfung, Computerregistrierung und Deaktivierung. Aktuelle Direktversionen von Find und MIDI senden je nach Vorgang den Lizenzschlüssel, einen Registrierungsnamen mit Produkt- und Computernamen oder die aktivierte Instanz-ID. Der Dienst kann auch Verbindungsdaten wie die IP-Adresse erhalten. Originaldateiinhalte und MIDI-Analyseergebnisse gehören nicht zu den Aktivierungsdaten.
Lemon Squeezy verarbeitet Direktkäufe, Zahlungen und Bestellungen. NINZYA Works kann Bestellinformationen verarbeiten, die für Kauf, Aktivierung und Support erforderlich sind. Die geplanten App-Store-Versionen von Find und MIDI werden Apples Kaufabwicklung nutzen. Jeder Dienst verarbeitet und speichert Kaufdaten und bearbeitet Löschungen nach seinen eigenen Richtlinien.
Ansicht und Favoriten von Find sowie Registrierungen und Bedienungseinstellungen von Launcher werden lokal für den nächsten Start gespeichert und bei Änderungen aktualisiert. Analyse-Caches, Tags, Favoriten und Nutzungsverlauf von MIDI liegen in einer lokalen Datenbank. Die Speicherung ist nicht auf die letzte Sitzung beschränkt: Einige Daten bleiben bis zur Aktualisierung oder Löschung erhalten. Beenden Sie zum Entfernen die App und löschen Sie deren produktspezifische Einstellungsdateien und Datenbank. Speicherorte und Schritte hängen von Produkt, Betriebssystem und Edition ab; wenden Sie sich an support@ninzyaworks.org. Löschen Sie keine Originaldateien oder mit anderen Produkten geteilten Einstellungen. Eine Deinstallation kann Daten und Einstellungen zurücklassen.
Das Löschen von Browserdaten entfernt keine bereits auf dem Server gespeicherten Analysedaten.
